LSCB whistleblowing form
If you are a member of staff, or a volunteer, who works with children or families in Bracknell Forest you can use this form to notify the Local Safeguarding Children Board (LSCB) Independent Chair of a concern about your organisation's ability to safeguard children and young people. In the first instance please use your organisation's own whistle-blowing policy to raise a concern.
In the following circumstances you can contact the LSCB Chair to raise a concern:
- If you have raised an issue with your organisation and it has not been resolved to your satisfaction
- If you believe that the organisation's ability to safeguard children is compromised i.e. there is no-one you can raise the concern with within your organisation
You can use the online LSCB whistleblowing form to raise your concern. Please also refer to the LSCB whistleblowing policy for further detail on how information you provide may be used.
